MyTracker is a personal health and fitness tracker built and maintained by Gonçalo Nespral. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights as a user.
MyTracker collects the following data that you provide or that is generated through your use of the app:
Your data is used solely to operate the app — to display your health history, calculate nutrition targets, and sync with connected services. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or any purpose beyond providing the app's functionality.
Your data is stored in a private Supabase database. Row-level security ensures that only you can access your own data. API keys and third-party credentials (Strava, Google Health, Anthropic) are stored locally in your browser's localStorage and are never transmitted to our servers.
MyTracker optionally integrates with:
MyTracker only requests the minimum permissions necessary from each service.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual entries at any time within the app. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, open an issue on the GitHub repository.
MyTracker does not use cookies. It uses browser localStorage to store your theme preference, app settings, and OAuth tokens for connected services. This data never leaves your device except as part of authorized API calls to the respective services.
MyTracker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
